An Opportunity for Engagement

There is no question that the concept of social media, whatever form it takes, should benefit a public company's investor relations effort, particularly for smaller cap companies who, despite their compelling investment propositions, are challenged to build awareness through conventional (read non-Internet) means. Social media is very much about sharing ideas (the better the idea, the more important the discussion), and investing in today's markets especially small cap investing is very much premised on recognizing a good - even better, a great idea.
